Delivery All orders will be sent by Australia Post or Australia Post Express Post. Please note the following Delivery Policies:

Chillired Food Company accepts no responsibility for damage caused for goods in transit Australia or New Zealand wide.

Sorry, but there are no weekend deliveries available.

We deliver to Australia and New Zealand only.

Expected delivery time is 1 to 7 days but is dependent on area ChilliRed is being delivered to.

Please understand that ChilliRed cannot be held responsible for delays caused by Australia Post.

Orders placed before 5pm AEST will be sent the next business day assuming stock is available. Every effort will be made to despatch orders as quickly as possible. 

If there is no one home when delivery is made, Australia Post's standard practice is to leave a "collect card" in the letter box. This enables the recipient to obtain their parcel from the Post Office advised on the card. Australia Post may also leave the parcel at the delivery address specified if safe to do so.
